This Panorama opens up to a shot of Boston from across the Charles River. The two large buildings on the right are the Prudential (grey) and the Hancock tower (blue). Downtown Boston and Beacon hill are to the left. This was shot from the Cambridge side of the river directly across from the Fenway.
The picture was taken with 23 shots from a Fujifilm DS-7 digital camera on a homemade rig and stitched with QTVR authoring suite. The panorama is 300 by 180 pixels in size.
Thanks to Rabbett for this great idea and for all the patient Pigeons and geese who volunteered to be in this picture for the low wages of only one loaf of bread... Although I admit that a few wanderers required a little assistance to stay on mark from photoshop!
